SEVKA's 12,800-mobile-spin bench on Hacksaw Le Bandit logged a tap-to-spin median of 142 ms on PH 4G and a frame-drop ratio of 0.4%. The window covered 11 PH-IP sessions across mid-tier Android devices and a small iOS sample, all on operator GCash deposits. The bench is a mobile-tempo read, not a payout read.
Le Bandit, the heist-themed Hacksaw Gaming title, carries a provider-stated RTP of 96.39% and a max win of 11,300x. Its base game is a 5-reel grid with vault-stack symbols and a free-spin Vault round. None of those mechanics changed for this bench — what changed is the mobile-side measurement.

The 12,800-spin mobile window
SEVKA sampled 12,800 spins of Le Bandit across 11 PH-IP sessions, May 16 to May 23, 2026. Eight sessions ran on mid-tier Android (Snapdragon 6-series, 6 GB RAM, Android 13–14), three on iOS (iPhone 12 / 13 mini). All sessions ran on PH carrier 4G, no Wi-Fi. Spins per session averaged 1,164. Bench excluded any session where the carrier dropped below 5 Mbps sustained.
The window was tuned to match what an actual PH commuter or short-burst player would experience. It does not represent flagship-Android or home Wi-Fi behaviour. Both of those were sampled in a separate rolling Hacksaw mobile bench window industry-wide and were not folded into this read.
Tap-to-spin median + frame drops
The tap-to-spin median of 142 ms is the time from finger-down on the spin button to reels visibly starting. The p25 sat at 118 ms, p75 at 174 ms, p95 at 268 ms. Anything under 200 ms is generally imperceptible; anything over 250 ms starts to feel sluggish. Le Bandit's p95 of 268 ms means about 5% of spins felt slightly sluggish.
The frame-drop ratio of 0.4% covers visible animation drops during spin and feature animations. Most drops clustered around the Vault free-spin entry animation, where the per-symbol expansion taxes mid-tier GPUs more than the base spin.
Where Le Bandit holds up on mobile
Le Bandit's base game holds up well on PH-grade 4G mid-tier mobile. The reel art is stylised and not GPU-heavy, the spin animation is tight, and the auto-spin cadence stays consistent at the configured speed. The vault-stack base symbols load as sprites, not as full 3D models. Tap-to-spin median of 142 ms beats the typical industry rolling bench median of about 165 ms for similar 5-reel mobile slots.
Where it strains
The Vault free-spin entry animation is where mid-tier Android starts to strain. The animation expands vault stacks across reels with a per-symbol particle effect; on Snapdragon 6-series chips, the bench logged a brief 2–3 frame stutter at entry on 1 in 22 trigger sequences. On iPhone 12, the same animation ran clean. The bench classifies this as "minor strain, not session-breaking."
The other strain point is back-to-back base-game tumble animations during high-multiplier vault stack reaches. When stacks chain three or four times, the cumulative GPU load can push the frame-drop ratio briefly to 1.4%. This was observed in 4% of bench sessions.
Verdict
For a PH-IP mobile player on 4G mid-tier Android, Le Bandit holds shape across a 12,800-spin window with a 142 ms tap-to-spin median and a 0.4% overall frame-drop ratio. The strain points are the Vault feature entry and chained vault-stack tumbles, neither of which broke a session. Next bench cycle will widen the device matrix to include budget Androids.

Frequently asked questions
Is Le Bandit's mobile RTP different from desktop?
No. Per Hacksaw Gaming's spec, Le Bandit's RTP of 96.39% is consistent across mobile and desktop. Mobile differences in this bench are tempo and animation, not RTP.
Should I avoid Le Bandit on a budget Android?
Not categorically. The bench did not include Snapdragon 4-series chips, so for budget devices there is no SEVKA reading yet. Mid-tier Snapdragon 6-series held shape across 12,800 spins.
What does the 142 ms tap-to-spin median tell a player?
That when you tap spin on PH 4G mid-tier mobile, reels visibly start within 142 ms half the time. It is a comfort number, not a payout number.
